Hello! My name is Ria Gupta and I am currently a sophomore (Class of 2026) studying Biomedical Sciences at the University of Central Florida with the intention of pursuing a career as a physician. My desire to take this path stemmed from my intrigue in the sciences and my enjoyment of uplifting people and problem solving. I have had some experience shadowing and volunteering in a clinical setting, but I look forward to broadening my horizons and gaining experience in a variety of different medical specialties. I am a Burnett Medical Scholar, Burnett Honors Student, and a LEAD Scholar. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, playing/watching sports, listening to music, reading, spending time with my friends/family, and getting to know new people! This portfolio will help my target audience get to know me personally and professionally.
