Hello, my name is Nadine Alur. I am a sophomore in University of Central Florida studying civil engineering. This is my fourth semester in the LEAD Scholars Academy.

This service learning course requires that I complete 40 hours of community service during the Spring 2024 semester. This journal will highlight my learning about the nonprofit organization as well my personal insights about leadership gained from this experience.
