My name is Virginia Koch and I am the course instructor for LDR3950 at the University of Central Florida.
This service learning course requires that I complete 40 hours of community service during the Spring 2024 semester. This journal will highlight my learning about the nonprofit organization as well my personal insights about leadership gained from this experience.
