My name is Virginia Koch and I am the course instructor for LDR3950 at the University of Central Florida. This course requires that I create a career ready portfolio during the Spring 2024 semester. This portfolio highlights my leadership and educational experiences and philosophies that will enable me to excel in my future career. The portfolio will help my target audience get to know me personally and professionally.
