According my Focus 2 Career results, my ideal career is one where I can be investigative and innovative without jeopardizing the safety and health of others or myself. The holland code from my Work Interest Assessment is CSI, which stands for Conventional, Social, and Investigative.

So what does this mean?

These results suggest that I prefer to be organized and timely with my work as well as productive and innovative. Essentially, I like trying new things while maintaining a sense of control in what I am doing. For example, I would work with a team to implement a new program for a company, I would learn and practice this new programming language, and I would be comfortable with this since it involves programming, something I’m experienced in.
